Gain complete visibility into every recruiter's performance with real-time analytics. Track submissions, interviews and placements to reward excellence, surface coaching opportunities and make confident, data-driven decisions.
One system for the metrics that decide whether a bench sales floor hits its numbers — tracked live, not reconstructed at month-end.
Submissions, interviews, placements and recruiter scorecards update in real time — so the picture you act on is always the current one.
Directors, delivery managers and founders use Employee Performance Portal to run a transparent, high-accountability floor.
Employee Performance Portal was not designed in a boardroom. It runs every day inside a live US IT bench sales operation, and every feature in it exists because a recruiting team needed it.
Your recruiters' data stays yours. Every tenant is isolated, and your records are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Built on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with per-company data separation and role-based access. Your data is never shared across companies.
A flat annual account fee to activate your company, then per-seat pricing for each 30-day period. Everything auto-renews so your team keeps access — and you can cancel anytime.
Then add seats as you grow — each auto-renews every 30 days so access never drops, and you can cancel anytime.
Measure performance, recognize excellence, improve accountability and grow your business with Employee Performance Portal.
See Employee Performance Portal on your own numbers. Tell us where to reach you and we'll set up a walkthrough.
Employee Performance Portal ("EPP", "we", "us") is a product of Radcom Software Services LLC, a company registered in the United States. This policy explains what personal information we handle when you use our website and the EPP service, and the choices you have.
When a company registers, and when its administrators and team members are added, we collect information such as company name, a person's name, work email address, and phone number. This lets us create accounts, sign people in, and contact you about the service.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and basic billing details, but we do not store your full card number on our systems.
Each subscribing company gets its own private workspace. The company's employees and support staff enter their work and performance information into that workspace. We store this content securely on the company's behalf. The company decides what goes in and is responsible for it; we do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train advertising or marketing systems.
To keep the service reliable and secure, we automatically record basic technical data such as sign-in activity, device and browser type, and IP address. We use this for security, troubleshooting, and improving the service.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:
The service is designed so that each company's workspace is private to that company, and one company's users are not given access to another company's data. We use access controls and encryption to support this separation. No method of storage or transmission is ever 100% secure, so while we work hard to protect your information, we cannot promise absolute security.
We keep account and content information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After an account is closed, we delete or de-identify information within a reasonable period, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information about you, or to object to certain uses. Because much of the information in a workspace is controlled by the company you belong to, we may direct some requests to that company. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
EPP is a workplace tool intended for business use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Radcom Software Services LLC is based in the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the service from another country, you understand that your information will be handled in the U.S.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account administrators.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They let a website remember things like whether you are signed in. Similar technologies (such as local storage) work in comparable ways, and this policy covers those too.
These keep the service working — for example, keeping you signed in during a session, remembering your workspace, and protecting against fraud and abuse. The service cannot function properly without them, so they cannot be switched off from within the app.
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not use cross-site tracking or sell information gathered through cookies.
When you make a payment, our payment provider Stripe may set cookies to process the transaction securely and help prevent fraud. These are governed by Stripe's own policies.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the service.
If we begin using additional cookies — for example, analytics to understand how the service is used — we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between Radcom Software Services LLC ("we", "us") and the company or person that registers for or uses Employee Performance Portal ("you"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
EPP is a subscription-based software service that lets a company track and manage its team's work and performance information in a private online workspace. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.
Use of the service requires an annual account fee, and additional charges may apply for seats or other paid features as described at sign-up. Payments are handled by Stripe. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable. Except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, fees are non-refundable.
You keep ownership of the information your team uploads ("Customer Content"). You grant us the limited permission needed to host, store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for your Customer Content and confirm that you have the right to upload and use it, and that doing so complies with applicable laws — including employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.
You agree not to:
The service is designed so each company's workspace is private to that company. We use technical and organizational measures to support this separation, and we treat your Customer Content as confidential.
We and our licensors own all rights in the EPP software, design, and brand. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you; you receive only the right to use the service during your subscription.
You may stop using the service at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Virginia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account administrators. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
The annual account fee is refundable in full if you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and have not made substantial use of the service. After 14 days, the annual account fee is non-refundable.
Seat charges renew automatically for each 30-day term to keep your team's access active, and are non-refundable once a term has started — but a seat stays active for the full period you paid for. You can turn off renewal or remove a seat at any time to stop future charges.
You can cancel at any time by contacting us at the email below. When you cancel, your account stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of amounts already paid, except within the 14-day window described above.
Your account fee and seats auto-renew for another term unless you cancel before the renewal date. There is no lock-in — you can cancel anytime, and we make renewal dates and amounts clear at sign-up and in your account.
Email our contact form from the address on your account. Please include your company name so we can locate your account. We aim to respond promptly, and eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we would like the chance to make it right before you dispute a charge with your bank.
For the personal information contained in your Customer Content, your company is the "controller" (you decide why and how it is used) and Radcom Software Services LLC is the "processor" (we handle it on your instructions to provide the service).
We process Customer Content only to provide, secure, and support the EPP service, and only as instructed by you through your use of the service or in writing. We will not use Customer Content for our own unrelated purposes.
You authorize us to use vetted sub-processors to run the service — currently Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting and database) and Stripe (payments). We remain responsible for their handling of Customer Content and require them to protect it to a comparable standard.
Customer Content is stored and processed in the United States, where Radcom Software Services LLC operates.
On reasonable request, we will provide information you need to confirm we are meeting these commitments.
This agreement applies for as long as we process Customer Content on your behalf and forms part of the Terms of Service between us.
